Who we are

Kilbrack Pitch & Putt Club, Kilbrack Road, Kilbrack, Co. Dublin. You can contact us about your details at club@kilbrackpitchandputt.example.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your message and help with what you asked about. We use your details because you asked us to get back to you, and because it's in our legitimate interest to answer enquiries.

Who else handles it

Our website host (Cloudflare) and our email provider handle your message so it can reach us. We never sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months unless you become a member (then the club keeps membership records for as long as you're a member).

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, by emailing club@kilbrackpitchandputt.example. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
